At Incubate Design, we strongly advocate the virtual experience before actual experience. Unlike other practices, we believe in collaboration and informed decision so all of our clients receive the virtual tour of their dream home as a standard. CONCEPT DESIGN PHASE
Upon initial brainstorming meeting, Incubate Design team will gather information about you, your family members, their likes / dislikes and a few inspirational pictures best describing your style. In the background, we will gather information related to site, its location, building orientation and solar aspects. Based on the above information, we will generate an initial Concept Design. We will walk you through the floor plan options and provide you with our professional opinion of the Passive Design*. Once you provide us with a feedback on the Concept Design of what your preferences are, we will better understand your needs and incorporate your ideas and requirements. The new floor plan option accommodating your requirements will be presented which will include further details and information such as locations of doors and windows, inside-outside relationships and improved flow throughout your dream home.

EXTERIOR FACADE & 3D (GET READY TO BE AMAZED)
Moving further along, we will now design the exterior of your house. We understand that the façade of your home is not just the front but also the side and the rear façades of your home which can create a pleasant kerb appeal. This design options are usually presented in 2D accompanied by 3D images to provide you with a better understanding of your home’s Street Presence and Aesthetics. This is where the “wow” factors of your dream home will shine through and the 3D perspectives will also help you to make informed decisions such as building material, window sizes and its location, room sizes, entry foyer, backyard views and other parts of your home.

PRELIMINARY COST ESTIMATES
Now that the Concept Design and the Exterior Façade is generally designed to your liking and before we get too far in finalizing the design of your dream home, Incubate Design will provide you with a preliminary cost estimate from real contractors. If needed, we can work with your builder or float a tender package to 3 contractors to get a realistic estimate for the overall construction cost as well as the time frame to complete the construction

* Passive Design – Key elements of passive design are building location and orientation on the site, building layout, window design, insulation, thermal mass, shading and ventilation. Incubate Design provides extensive guidance on the Passive Design so your dream home can take maximum advantage of the climate your home will be built in and use the natural resources to the maximum extent practicable
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Now that the overall framework of your dream home is ready to your liking and you know the construction estimate, it’s time to step forward and zoom in on the design of your kitchen, alfresco, bathrooms, laundry and landscape areas. We will incorporate all of your requirements and model it to the finest possible details. As a client of Incubate Design, you will also get 3D perspective views of the internal layouts and also a short walkthrough movie so you can get a real feel for your home. You will be immersed in the internal spaces of your home and establish a relation with each of the spaces by walking through them. This is where we can highlight the potential for the corridors to enhance and maximize the views of any natural features around your property such as sea views, lake views, river and mountain views, park views etc. Based on your preferences, an update to the cost estimate can be provided to ensure that your budget is still aligned with your end goal.

DOCUMENTAION AND APPROVAL
We will prepare the required documentation for the relevant council and coordinate with external consultants such as BASIX, Landscape, Stormwater and Structural Engineers. We will prepare the package and submit it to the NSW Portal for DA approval or if applicable submit it for Compliance Development Certificate (CDC).

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
Since we are the original designers and assisted with the approval of your home design, it can be in your best interest to utilise Incubate Design’s extensive experience in Contract Administration Services. We will coordinate with your appointed contractor on your behalf and periodically visit the sites to observe and report on the progress and making sure the construction is executed as per the approved drawings and above all without any hick ups. Because Incubate Design prepares the design meticulously and visualises it in 3 Dimensions, the overall construction process becomes much more predictable and hassle free for the contractor as well our client

MOVING IN & PHOTOGRAPHY
We can imagine the excitement of you and your family to move in to the house which you have created. We believe, we are just a medium to deliver this fantastic house. Our efforts and work is to speak for you and visualize for you. Our belief of keeping you in the center of all the process set us apart from other architects. We document our each project with the help of professional photographer. We ask for one day permission to use your house to capture all day’s views, night views, the exterior views, the interior views. Your house will be a stage for us to get another client like you to make their home a reality.

GIFT TO YOU
We will compile those good pictures in a nicely formatted book along with our memories of journey together to make your house which has all the important information and feature of your house. When neighbours and their friends ask about your beautifully designed home, you can show them this book and pass along our information with good recommendations.
A BIT ABOUT US
Incubate Design is young company established by Mr. Ridham shah in the year 2020, who has degree in architecture and urban design. Mr.
Ridham Shah, has overall 10 years of experience in building industry including USA, India and Australia. In his last 6 years of
local experience, he has worked with well known developers of Australia, where he was responsible of creating the feasibility
studies, preparing master plan based on revenue generation and market demand. His role was to prepared presentation
drawings to effectively communicate the clear strategy of the proposed streetscapes, master plans through presentations, CGI’s,
walk through animations etc. His experience includes bespoke custom homes, luxury homes, medium density housing design, student housing, institutional design and
Urban design.
